I really liked The Gathering. It was very entertaining and, you’re right, there was a lot to keep you wanting more. I was just offended by the abrupt ending. What is it with authors and ending their books so bogishly?! Anyways, I also like all the little references to the Darkest Power series that she hints at in the book, I didn’t notice them at first, but they’re there. Over all, good read!
