Gummy Bears can be deadly, as high school senior Charlotte Usher found out on the first day of school. In life Charlotte was always forgotten and looked over. Not much changed in that area with her death. She now must face Dead Ed. with a class of other dead kids and find a way to the afterlife. There is only one problem with this, Charlotte was just getting her dream guy to talk to her when she died and doesn’t want to let go of her life.
I tried reading this book when it first came out and only got two pages in before I set it down. This time I listened to the audio and must say it was a very entertaining read. Some of the dead kids fell flat toward the end of the book, but over all the characters and plot made the book a good read. If you like love triangles, ghosts, goths, or vengeance then this may be a book for you.
