Cadel Piggott was adopted. He never knew his real parents, but after getting in trouble for hacking when he was just 8 years old he was sent to see Dr. Thaddeus Roth, who works for his real father. Cadel is the son of an imprisoned Evil Genius who wants to train Cadel to be EVIL. Cadel graduates High School at an early age and Thaddeus talks both Cadel and his adoptive parents into sending him to the Axis Institute for World Domination. Meanwhile Cadel has been up to mischievous deeds. Of course Thaddeus knows all about them, but after getting to know a woman named Kaylee through e-mail’s Thaddeus becomes worried. Prepare for mischief and mayhem in this book!!!
You gotta love a book about a young teen who can find ways to hide that he had any involvement in the mischief that happens at school and in town. Definitely read this if you are mischievous too.

I listened to this one on audio. pretty cool. the main character is a total Artemis Fowl cold-hearted genius who wants to take over the world. Or something like that. But he starts finding out that, just as he puts up a front, other people aren’t who they appear, either. there alot of really neat characters in this book, too.
In the beginning I was like “Wow!” but towards the middle of the story I started reading few and few chapters of the book until eventually I started reading another book and had forgotten about it. I do agree with Angie though. When I was first introduced to Cadel he reminded me of Artemis Fowl, but they actually are two totaLLY different characters. I didn’t finish Evil Genius but another book you might like that’s somewhat like this and, I think, cooler you should read the Artemis Fowl Sseries.
